City of West Palm Beach to Host FY 2026–2027 Annual Action Plan

Needs Assessment Public Meeting

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (May 27, 2026) — The City of West Palm Beach Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) invites residents, community organizations, and agencies serving low- and moderate-income individuals, homeless populations, and special needs communities to participate in the FY 2026–2027 Annual Action Plan Needs Assessment Public Meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

The meeting is part of the City’s ongoing process to prepare its Annual Action Plan for federal funding received through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) programs.

Community input gathered during the meeting will help guide how federal funding is allocated to address housing, public services, homelessness, public facilities and infrastructure needs of at-risk persons and families throughout West Palm Beach.

The meeting will be held both in person and virtually.
