City of West Palm Beach Seeks Input from Certified Vendors to

Strengthen Small Business Programs

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (August 25, 2026) — The City of West Palm Beach Office of Small Business Programs is inviting City-certified vendors to participate in a survey aimed at strengthening the programs, resources and outreach available to the local small business community.

The survey will help the City better understand vendors’ experiences doing business with West Palm Beach, evaluate existing programs, and identify opportunities to provide additional support and resources.

“For the past five years, we have developed initiatives to better prepare vendors to do business with the City of West Palm Beach,” said Frank Hayden, Director of Small Business Programs. “This survey will help us evaluate those efforts and identify opportunities to better serve our business community.”

The survey asks vendors about their experience working with the City, including whether they have been awarded a City contract within the past five years and whether they have participated in Small Business Programs events or workshops. Participants also will have an opportunity to share what types of workshops, resources, and programming they would like to see offered in the future.

The survey is open to all City of West Palm Beach certified vendors and takes only a few minutes to complete. Responses will help guide future initiatives and ensure the Office of Small Business Programs continues to respond to the evolving needs of the City’s small business community.

The survey will be available Aug. 25 through Sept. 29, 2026, at wpb.org/sbpsurvey.

The survey live date is August 25, and end date is September 29 and will be available on the City of West Palm Beach Website.  Survey link:www.wpb.org/sbpsurvey
