Now Sponsoring Equivalency of Training (EOT) Certification

We are offering to sponsor the EOT class for officers to become Florida certified and
join the City of West Palm Beach Police Department.
EOT Class: 1-week program at Palm Beach State College

Pay & Incentives

• Certified Officers (with experience): $75,921 – $87,888

• Top Out Pay: $117,778

• Florida Relocation Incentive: $5,000 sign-on bonus offered by Governor Ron DeSantis for out-of-state transferring officers and new officers

• There are no state or city income taxes in Florida

Interview Hours:

• Thursday, March 5, - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Friday, March 6, - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
