City of West Palm Beach Launches Spring 2026 “How to Respond to RFPs”
Training Series for Small Businesses
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – The City of West Palm Beach, in partnership with Ultimate Image Coach & Academy, is launching the Spring 2026 How to Respond to RFPs – Transforming Small Business Success Training Series, a six-session, hands-on program designed to help small businesses and contractors successfully compete for procurement and contracting opportunities.
This comprehensive training series will provide participants with practical tools and real-world guidance to navigate the procurement process, analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), strengthen proposal-writing skills, and deliver professional presentations. The program will be offered in a hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate working professionals.

The six-session series will cover:

An introduction to procurement and the RFP process

RFP analysis and business readiness

Effective business writing for proposals

Proposal finalization and preparation for oral presentations

Public speaking and presentation skills
-
Business pitch presentations, expert feedback, and a graduation celebration
Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all six sessions to maximize learning outcomes and improve their competitiveness.
The workshops will be led by Pamela Toussaint, MBA, President of Ultimate Image Coach & Academy, and Roseline Joseph, Principal of The Answer Management Services, both experienced professionals in small business development and capacity building.
