Ninth Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach | Opening Day Preview
The 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach Opening Day Preview marks the return of the Show House for its ninth annual year and introduces a first-ever two-home experience at 3410 North Flagler Drive, featuring The Intracoastal House and The Palm Cottage. Proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
"We are proud to host an event in our City that brings together extraordinary design, community spirit, and philanthropy.
Thank you to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, the Opening Committee, and all of the designers, sponsors, and volunteers who made this possible. Your creativity and dedication have made an impact that reaches far beyond these beautiful spaces.
This show house is a powerful reminder of what happens when talent and generosity come together. The proceeds support young people in our community — opening doors, expanding opportunity, and investing in the next generation. That is the kind of partnership we are proud to support here in West Palm Beach." — Mayor Keith A. James
Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach | Groundbreaking Ceremony
“This groundbreaking of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach marks an important milestone for West Palm Beach. This project reflects the confidence developers, investors, and residents continue to place in our city’s future.
We look forward to watching this site transform in the months ahead, and to the positive impact this project will have on our city and our community.” — Mayor Keith A. James
Realtors Inaugural Mayors Breakfast & Panel Discussion
The Realtors Inaugural Mayor Breakfast aims to engage Realtor members in a candid, policy-focused discussion on the City’s direction and to strengthen collaboration between local government and the real estate community.
"West Palm Beach is one of the most exciting, well-positioned cities in Florida right now — and it is growing with intention. The City offers a vibrant downtown, waterfront access, strong neighborhoods, major employers and Class-A office growth, cultural amenities, parks, public spaces, and a city government that partners with the private sector instead of fighting with it.
For Realtors, this offers an momentum you can believe in — not just a hot market, but a city building long-term value for buyers, renters, and investors." — Mayor Keith A. James

If you enjoy gardening—or want to learn—volunteer opportunities are available at Community Gardens in the Historic Northwest, sponsored by the City of West Palm Beach and Florida A&M University. Volunteers can help maintain the gardens in exchange for free produce and, in some cases, service hours, while learning to grow their own food and supporting greater access to fresh fruits and vegetables in the community.
Volunteer opportunities are available at two community gardens located in Coleman Park, 1116 21st Street, and Pleasant City, 2147 Spruce Street.
