City of West Palm Beach Launches AI Business Essentials Workshop Focused on Real-World Results
WEST PALM BEACH, FL (April 6, 2026) – The City of West Palm Beach, through its Office of Small Business Programs, will host the AI Business Essentials Workshop on Friday, May 8, 2026, a curated, hands-on experience designed to equip entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community organizations with practical, high-impact applications of artificial intelligence.
Serving as the closing event of Small Business Week, this interactive, three-hour session moves beyond theory to focus on real-world execution. Participants will learn how to integrate AI into daily business operations, with a strong emphasis on prompt engineering — the key to generating accurate, effective, and useful AI-driven results.
Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, enhance marketing efforts, and make more informed, data-driven decisions.

At this hands-on session, participants will receive an AI Prompt Playbook, ready-to-use business templates, and a quick-start checklist for AI adoption.
The workshop will be led by Dominique D. Andrews, CEO of ACE Solutions Inc. & Associates. With more than 30 years of experience in data workflows and system design, and over a decade building cloud-based business solutions, Andrews is an award-winning technology leader recognized as a Top 100 Technology Innovator & Influencer and holds an Applied Generative AI Certificate from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
