Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Rider in Hit-and-Run Crash That Seriously Injured Pedestrian

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (March 30, 2026) — The West Palm Beach Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual connected to a hit-and-run crash that occurred Saturday, March 28, around 11:00 p.m. on southbound Georgia Avenue at Monceaux Road.

Officers responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by an electric dirt bike. Surveillance video shows the rider performing a wheelie at the time of the crash.

The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.

Detectives believe the rider is a tall male who wears a size 14 shoe. The dirt bike, described as a black 2025 Surron model, is likely to have front-end and side damage.
