City Hall, the Mandel Public Library, and the Grassy Waters Preserve Nature Center will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. Regular trash collection will continue on a normal schedule. All City services will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (May 5, 2026) — West Palm Beach police responded to a rollover crash along the 2000 block of Okeechobee Boulevard around 3:30 p.m.
One driver was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries. The other driver was treated at the scene.
Westbound lanes of Okeechobee Boulevard in the 2000 block were briefly closed due to the crash. One lane has since reopened, but drivers should expect heavy delays and consider alternate routes.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
