Teen Advisory Council Meetup

Teens will participate in discussions, activities, and work groups to help build their leadership skills, learn about new topics of interest to them, and contribute to positive changes in the center and the community to help enhance the program.

Rhythm and Dance

High-energy class that infuses styles of street, popping and locking, and inspiration. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own style and personality to the movements.

Y-Teens and Y-Girls

This program provides all teens with educational enrichment opportunities and positive guidance and will focus on social, educational, cultural experiences, health, and safety.

Beyond the Bell - Tutoring

Self-paced individual tutoring for students in middle/high school in educational subjects to improve academic performance. Assistance with SAT/GRE/GED testing.

Game Night

Each month come to the center and test your skills across all video game console platforms. Bring your innovation and competitive nature to complete for the championship belt.

Open Gym

Teens participate in various fitness activities to promote good health, mentally and physically.

First Tee Golf Lessons

Join us for free golf lessons to help build self-confidence, character, and instill life-enhancing values.

Open Computer Lab

Come by and use the latest software to surf the internet, build a resume, print, pay bills and more.

Volunteer Club

Participants have opportunities to earn volunteer hours for school while giving back to the community. Activities may include neighborhood improvement projects, assisting at City of West Palm Beach sponsored events, community service initiatives, and supporting senior citizens.

Senior Program

The senior program provides fun0filled and informative activities that enrich lives, support independence, and encourage social involvement and interaction with others. The program provides seniors with vital information that promotes healthy living.

FAMU Community Gardening Club

Learn the basics of cultivating plants in our community garden. Weekly chores include watering, weeding, mulching and harvesting. Fresh vegetables will be available for distribution.

Dynamic Duo Soul Line Dancing Class

Line dance instructional class where participants will learn easy to follow choreographed dance routines set to a variety of music genres.

Join us for open or one-on-one discussions focused on healthy relations, positive lifestyle choices, and the emotional physical challenges teens may face.

Halloween Candy Crawl

Join us for a fun Halloween night! The night includes contests, games, and giving out candy to neighborhood trick-or-treaters.

Thanksgiving Share-A-Supper

Join us for a traditional Thanksgiving meal as a community.
