Stephen Ross and Mayor Keith A. James
Related Ross Experience Center Event
"Last week, we celebrated not just the opening of a new gallery, but a new way for our community to see, experience, and understand our City’s evolution.
The Related Ross Experience Center reflects both how far West Palm Beach has come and where we’re headed. Over the past decade, we’ve witnessed an incredible transformation, with new opportunities shaping our City across technology, finance, healthcare, and education. Much of that progress is the result of great public-private partnership.
What I appreciate most about this Experience Center is that it’s designed for everyone — not just investors or visitors. Through interactive exhibits and innovative technology, residents can see how our skyline has changed, how our neighborhoods are evolving, and how each project ties into a broader vision for a more vibrant and inclusive city.
Thank you, and congratulations to the entire Related Ross team on this outstanding achievement!" — Mayor Keith A. James

Quantum in the Community (QIC) Breakfast at the Kravis
Last month, Quantum Foundation celebrated its 15th Annual Quantum in the Community (QIC) Breakfast awarding $1.25 million to 140 local grassroots nonprofits as part of its annual QIC initiative. Each year, the QIC program gives grants to organizations that help support food, shelter, transportation, clothing and financial assistance to improve quality health for Palm Beach County residents. To date, the QIC program has awarded a total of $11.75 million to local organizations. Over 40 nonprofits in WPB received grants this year.
Quantum Foundation will continue its QIC programming for the next 10 years with a commitment of an additional $12.5 million.
Mayor Keith James has sat on the founding board of Quantum Foundation for nearly 30 years, supporting the Quantum Foundation’s mission is to inspire and fund initiatives that improve the health of Palm Beach County residents.

South Flagler House
"We recently marked another milestone here in West Palm Beach. We celebrated the South Flagler House project, which is redefining the skyline of our great City. This special building will be the first Robert A.M. Stern Architects building to be completed in South Florida.
As one of the largest jobs in the City with more than 500 people working to complete this phase of the project, I want to thank every tradesperson working on South Flagler House. Your dedication and craftsmanship show through in every detail of these buildings. West Palm Beach’s growth and renewed energy in development wouldn’t be possible without the backbone of talented tradespeople like you.
South Flagler House will stand as a testament to the teamwork and collaboration that continue to make West Palm Beach stronger and more vibrant.
On behalf of the City, thank you to Coastal Construction, Related Ross, and all those involved for your hard work and passion." — Mayor Keith A. James
