West Palm Beach GreenMarket Invites Visitors to Experience “The World, Right Here”

Nation’s No. 1 farmer’s market returns Sat., Oct. 3 with focus on global flavors, traditions, and cultures

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (Sept. 8, 2026) — West Palm Beach residents and visitors are invited to experience “The World, Right Here” at the West Palm Beach GreenMarket this season. Now entering its 32nd season, the famed market reclaimed the No. 1 spot in the annual USA TODAY 10Best “Best Farmers Market” Readers’ Choice poll earlier this year. Notably, it is also the only market in the U.S. to hold that spot for three consecutive years, earning the top ranking in 2021, 2022, and 2023. The GreenMarket returns to the West Palm Beach waterfront (100 N. Clematis St.) on Sat., Oct. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., inviting marketgoers to explore global flavors, products and traditions without ever leaving the waterfront.

The West Palm Beach GreenMarket represents one of the largest small business gatherings in the region. Vendors offer everything from fresh produce, baked goods, coffee and tea to plants and flowers, spices, specialty foods, home décor, pet products, health and wellness items, and more.

This season, visitors are invited to see just how much of the world can be found at the GreenMarket. With vendors representing countries across Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, and beyond, marketgoers can discover European pastries, Mediterranean specialties, Latin American favorites, tropical produce, international beverages, and other products and traditions from around the globe – all along the West Palm Beach waterfront.

“The return of the West Palm Beach GreenMarket is like a holiday in West Palm Beach,” said Mayor Keith A. James. “What started with just 13 vendors in a small parking lot has grown into a Saturday morning tradition for residents and visitors alike. It has been incredible to watch the GreenMarket grow into what it is today. I hope everyone will make time to enjoy the West Palm Beach GreenMarket this season!”

The GreenMarket runs weekly through May 22, 2027, except on Feb. 6 and March 20, when it is closed for the Palm Tree Festival and the Palm Beach International Boat Show, respectively. An average Saturday at the GreenMarket draws 10,000 to 15,000 visitors, making it one of downtown West Palm Beach's most popular weekly attractions.

“The GreenMarket has always been about bringing people together, and this year's theme highlights how food, culture, and community connect us all," said Angela Poco, Marketing and Community Events Manager for the City of West Palm Beach. "Whether you're searching for ingredients from your family's heritage or looking to try something completely new, you can experience an incredible variety of cultures and cuisines right here in West Palm Beach."

The City of West Palm Beach is excited to welcome five new vendors this year: Ba Café, Arya Tea Bar, Macaroner, Sayblee Products, and Truffle Smiles. Four other long-term vendors were elevated to the title of “Legacy Vendors” – those who have been at the GreenMarket for 15 years or more and no longer need to compete for their spot. They are Leila, Macy’s Smoked Fish Dip, Makebs, and Mozzarita.

The GreenMarket also features live music, weekly workshops, and several opportunities to witness culinary excellence at the Master Chef Showcase, a chef-to-chef-style competition. The Master Chef Showcase will launch on Saturday, November 14.

The West Palm Beach GreenMarket 2026 – 2027 season is produced by the City of West Palm Beach. Sponsors-to-date include Myers Auto Group/Land Rover Palm Beach, Florida Blue, Beautiful Bath, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office, Journey Church West Palm Beach, Florida Window and Door, Xfinity, VEG ER for Pets, Everleigh Palm Beach Gardens, SUNNY 107.9, NEW COUNTRY 103.1, WPB Magazine, West Palm Beach Food Tours, Pediatric Wellness Concierge, West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority, and WPBF 25.

Parking is available in the City of West Palm Beach’s public garages: Clematis, Banyan, City Center, Sapodilla, and Evernia. The City Center, Clematis, and Sapodilla garages will be free during Market hours. The Banyan and Evernia garages are closest to the event and are subject to the City’s all-day weekend flat rate of $5.
