West Palm Beach City Hall, the Mandel Public Library and the Grassy Waters Preserve Nature Center will be closed July 3-4, 2026, in observance of Independence Day. Grassy Waters Preserve Nature Center will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2026, and the Mandel Public Library will reopen at 1 p.m. City Hall will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026.
