Notice of Public Meetings
Five Year Consolidated Plan 2020 - 2024
The City of West Palm Beach is an entitlement recipient of federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, and Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids (HOPWA) Program. HUD requires state and local governments to develop five-year Consolidated Plan. This plan sets out the objectives and focus for the expenditures of the funds, over a given period, based on needs identified through a public input process.
The Department of Housing and Community Development will host three community meetings to engage the general public and private stakeholders in the development of the plan.
City of West Palm Beach residents, organizations serving low and moderate income residents and special needs populations, and other interested parties are invited to attend those meetings and provide suggestions and comments on housing and community development needs.
